Nicoletta’s passion is to deliver an optimal customer experience. She strongly advocates that a company’s brand culture reflects its personality, style and commitment to both its people and its customers. As the Marketing lead for Ascendal Group, Nicoletta worked tirelessly with her team to develop the Ascendal brand, what we as a company stand for and how to instil this work ethic and culture of excellence across each existing and new day-to-day business.
With responsibility for brand and communications positioning of Ascendal, Nicoletta specialises in developing and delivering innovative marketing and engagement initiatives to enable the business to better understand its communities, citizens and their respective needs and aspirations. These efforts enable the Group to deliver bespoke and fit for purpose mobility solutions.

Nicoletta’s core area of expertise is the design of unique, innovative experiences to deliver a service tailored to customer’s best interests. She has worked for a handful of marketing companies within various industries but has found her passion in the transport industry, which she acknowledges as a fundamental platform for delivering transformational change and improvement to people’s lives.

Amongst her various accomplishments, Nicoletta is particularly proud of the successful positioning of the Tower Transit brand in Chile, achieving within the top one percent of public transport social media accounts globally in less than 10 weeks. With an active weekly reach of over 300,000 Facebook users, Nicoletta secured levels of support and unwavering brand loyalty that were unheard of within the transport industry in Chile. She organised and led several community engagement activities in key demographic locations within Chile’s capital, while developing an enviable social media presence used to further engage with and understand the citizens of Santiago and their needs.
